But over time, I realized something: growth isn’t a marketing problem. It’s a structural one.

Marketing amplifies what exists. If what exists is misaligned, marketing just amplifies misalignment. If what exists is integrated and sustainable, marketing accelerates it.

So I built WESTIL — a strategic consultancy designed to help organizations grow in ways that are clear, sustainable, and deeply aligned.

This worldview informs my work. I approach every organization — from a global enterprise to a neighborhood arts center — with the same questions: How can this system thrive? How can growth support mission, community, and people? How can we leave things better than we found them?
